Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and optimize U.S. commercial compensation programs, including variable plans and bonuses
- Manage the performance evaluation process for sales teams, establishing clear performance standards
- Conduct benchmarking and effectiveness reviews of incentive programs to enhance motivation and reduce turnover
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in sales or commercial compensation programs, performance management, or HR operations
- Deep knowledge of incentive plan design and sales quota methodology
- Experience in facilitating performance calibration and personnel evaluations
- Proficiency in compensation and reporting platforms, including Excel and analytics tools
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, HR, Finance, or a related field
