Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and optimize U.S. commercial compensation programs, including variable plans and bonuses
  • Manage the performance evaluation process for sales teams, establishing clear performance standards
  • Conduct benchmarking and effectiveness reviews of incentive programs to enhance motivation and reduce turnover
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in sales or commercial compensation programs, performance management, or HR operations
  • Deep knowledge of incentive plan design and sales quota methodology
  • Experience in facilitating performance calibration and personnel evaluations
  • Proficiency in compensation and reporting platforms, including Excel and analytics tools
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, HR, Finance, or a related field
