Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Sales Process & AI Capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic capability partner to establish best-in-class customer planning standards and improve execution quality
- Lead the design and deployment of AI-enabled tools and workflows to enhance customer planning effectiveness
- Develop training and adoption mechanisms to ensure consistency and execution across teams and accounts
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, economics, analytics, or related field required; MBA preferred
- 8+ years of experience in CPG commercial roles with demonstrated impact
- Proven success in building and scaling customer planning standards and toolkits
- Demonstrated capability-building and change leadership experience
- Practical AI fluency with the ability to scope use cases and drive adoption of AI-enabled tools
