Senior Manager, Salesforce

Job Summary

Leading a high-performing team, the full-time Senior Manager, Salesforce will optimize the Seller experience by managing Salesforce delivery and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, with opportunities for both onsite and remote work.

Key responsibilities:

• Recruit, manage, and mentor a cross-functional team of developers, business system analysts, and quality engineers
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to align Salesforce projects with broader business objectives and drive critical initiatives
• Provide strategic direction on Salesforce architecture and development, championing continuous improvement and innovation

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field
• 12+ years of experience leading Salesforce delivery teams, particularly with Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud
• Extensive experience with Salesforce ecosystem tools like LeanData, Marketo, and GONG
• Proven experience implementing advanced Salesforce functionalities and architecture
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing high-performing teams
