Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Software Development - Salesforce Service Cloud.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of post-sales technology initiatives, including platform migrations and continuous improvement programs
• Collaborate with Customer Experience Ops and stakeholders to define roadmaps and translate business needs into actionable plans
• Build and manage a high-performing global team while ensuring compliance with data protection standards and effective vendor management

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in technology and SaaS systems delivery, with 5+ years in leadership roles
• Strong technical expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud and Certinia
• Proven experience in building and scaling high-performing teams within an Agile framework
• Hands-on knowledge of Salesforce architecture and integration with iPaaS solutions like Dell Boomi
• Experience with DevOps processes and tools for efficient deployments
