Senior Manager, SAP Sales and Service

Job Summary

Leading the SAP Sales and Service functional area, the full-time Senior Manager, SAP Market to Cash (MTC) Sales and Service will oversee software development lifecycle management, team performance, and process design for SAP Sales and Service, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the functional area of SAP Sales and Service, collaborating with Business Process Owners to establish and prioritize processes and applications
• Provide subject matter expertise to manage the software development lifecycle of SAP Sales, Service, and International Trade Management processes
• Manage the SAP Sales and Service functional team, including hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluations, while setting team priorities to drive efficiency

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Information Systems, or Software Engineering
• 15+ years of SAP ERP experience, with expertise in SAP S/4HANA Core Sales Service Management and ITM
• 5+ full life-cycle experience in SAP Sales and Service Management
• 7+ years of direct people-management experience leading a technical or functional team
• Hands-on experience in SAP Service Management and Order to Cash process design and support
