Senior Manager, SAP SCM

Job Summary

Managing the SAP Supply Chain Management portfolio, the full-time Senior Manager, SAP SCM will serve as both the Enterprise Solution Architect and People Manager, overseeing design direction, project implementation, and team management in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as Enterprise Solution Architect for SAP SCM, guiding design across multiple functional areas
• Own the functional roadmap for SAP SCM, including transition needs and process design
• Manage the SAP SCM functional team, focusing on hiring, development, and performance evaluations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Finance, or Supply Chain Management
• 20+ years of SAP SCM/ERP experience, with hands-on expertise in SCM modules and solution architecture
• 10+ years of experience with SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes and configuration
• 7+ years of direct people-management experience leading a technical or functional team
• Experience integrating SAP with non-SAP systems such as Ariba, Concur, or Workday
