Senior Manager SAS Macro Developer

Job Summary

Senior Manager SAS Macro Developer, responsible for driving the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise-level SAS macros in a remote/hybrid full-time position, focusing on TLF programming workflows and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex SAS macros for TLF programming workflows
• Ensure adherence to SDLC processes and GxP compliance in all macro development activities
• Mentor junior developers and provide expert-level support for macro integration and troubleshooting

Required Qualifications

• Minimum Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Life Sciences, or a related quantitative field
• 12+ years of progressive experience in SAS programming within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO industry
• At least 5 years of dedicated SAS macro development experience
• Expert-level proficiency in SAS/BASE and SAS/MACROS
• Deep understanding of CDISC standards (SDTM, ADaM) and regulatory submission requirements
