Senior Manager, SD Strategy

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Manager, SD Strategy - North America.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior leadership in various departments to identify growth triggers and diagnose issues for process improvements
• Oversee and optimize operating pillars including Organizational Design, Compensation & Incentive Plans, and Performance Management
• Provide analytical insights and guidance to support the Senior Director of Sales Development in shaping a best-in-class organization

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Field Strategy, Sales Operations, and Analytics
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Salesforce
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as Tableau, Sigma, or PowerBI
• Ability to collaborate with users at all levels and varying technical expertise
• Demonstrated initiative, flexibility, and follow-through in a fast-paced environment
