Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Search Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day strategy and execution of paid search programs on Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising
- Manage a $10-30M annual search budget with accountability for CPL and conversion rates
- Build and maintain keyword architecture, ad copy strategy, and measurement frameworks
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of hands-on paid search experience, with at least 3 years managing programs of $5M+ in annual spend
- Demonstrated track record of scaling a paid search program during a build phase
- Deep expertise in Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising, including campaign structure and Smart Bidding
- Experience working with lagged or downfunnel conversion data in complex customer journeys
- Strong cross-functional communication skills and comfort working autonomously in a remote environment
