Senior Manager Seasonal Growth Strategy

Job Summary

To shape multi-year growth visions across seasons, the full-time Senior Manager Seasonal Growth Strategy will develop annual operating growth algorithms, ensure integration between portfolio creators and seasonal activators, and communicate strategies effectively with senior leadership while tracking performance metrics.

Key responsibilities

• Establish a 3-year growth vision grounded in consumer insights and financial ambition
• Develop and own an annual operating growth algorithm to translate long-term vision into actionable plans
• Ensure integration between teams shaping portfolio news and those activating seasonal strategies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; MBA or equivalent experience preferred
• 4+ years of experience in strategy and/or marketing; management consulting preferred
• Deep understanding of portfolio strategy and annual operating plans
• Strong command of P&L mechanics and growth algorithms
• Ability to craft compelling, multi-year growth visions that are operationally grounded
