Key Responsibilities

• Establishes and socializes a 3Y growth vision across seasons based on consumer insights and financial ambition
• Develops and owns an annual operating growth algorithm to translate long-term vision into actionable plans
• Ensures integration between portfolio creators and seasons activation teams for cohesive seasonal strategies

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Deep understanding of portfolio strategy and its connection to sustained growth
• Strong command of P&L mechanics and growth algorithms
• Ability to connect data and insights to enhance decision-making
• Proficiency in crafting compelling, multi-year growth visions
• Bachelor's Degree required; MBA or equivalent experience preferred, with 6+ years in strategy, management consulting, or marketing
