Senior Manager SEC Reporting

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, SEC Reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the SEC reporting team and process, including preparation of Form 20-F, 6-K filings, and earnings releases
• Conduct accounting research and analysis on complex accounting matters
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance; CPA and public accounting experience required
• 7+ years of relevant accounting and reporting experience
• Proficient understanding of US GAAP and SEC reporting
• Experience with revenue recognition, particularly in software-as-a-service
• Management and supervisory experience preferred
