Senior Manager, SEC Reporting

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, SEC Reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the preparation and timely filing of SEC reports, ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations
• Research and document technical accounting conclusions for complex transactions and implement new standards
• Serve as the primary liaison with external auditors and oversee SOX compliance efforts

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification required
• 7+ years of combined Public and Private accounting experience
• Demonstrated experience in managing financial reporting processes and technical accounting
• Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
• Proficiency in financial reporting systems and SEC reporting tools
