Senior Manager Security Operations Cyber Fusion Center

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Security Operations for a Cyber Fusion Center.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a 24x7 delivery team of SOC Analysts within the Cyber Fusion Center
• Streamline processes to exceed customer expectations and manage KPI metrics for the center
• Provide specialized support for resolving customer management issues, security incidents, and ticket prioritization

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Cyber Security, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field required
• 5+ years leading multinational teams in a customer service-oriented environment
• 5+ years of professional experience in a Managed Security Services Provider
• Relevant certifications such as Security +, Network +, and CISSP preferred
• Experience with cybersecurity principles, technologies, and best practices, as well as industry frameworks and methodologies
