Key Responsibilities

• Manage operating and personnel budgets, optimizing spending for adherence to budget plans
• Lead the resolution of complex technical challenges and provide mentorship to enhance team expertise
• Drive team productivity by optimizing resource use and addressing systemic inefficiencies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience; Master's degree preferred
• Fifteen (15) or more years of experience in leading technology product and services delivery teams
• Five (5) or more years of project and/or program management experience
• Experience with enterprise transformation initiatives
