Job Summary

Leading technical service delivery and platform transformation, the full-time Senior Manager Service Delivery will oversee Third-Party Liability (TPL) and Prior Authorization (PA) systems, driving engineering delivery, automation, and modernization efforts in a virtual environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end delivery of TPL and PA platforms, ensuring high performance and SLA adherence
  • Lead engineering teams for enhancements, releases, and defect resolution while driving architecture and integration solutions
  • Implement automation and AI/ML capabilities, overseeing DevOps and release governance
Required qualifications
  • Ten or more years in technical delivery/engineering, with healthcare domain experience
  • Experience with Medicaid/Medicare systems and regulatory environments
  • Familiarity with microservices, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP), APIs, and workflow engines
  • Exposure to AI/ML, automation, and data integration (FHIR/HL7)
  • PMP and/or ITIL certification preferred but not required
