Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr Manager, Service Innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team in executing the Service Innovation project plan across various service areas
- Manage multi-disciplinary service innovation change projects and cross-functional teams
- Develop and implement strategies for serviceability requirements and enhance service documentation frameworks
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering-related field with 15 years or Master's degree with 10 years of related experience
- Experience in people leadership with a proven track record of delivering results
- Familiarity with product creation processes and technical principles of applicable systems/components
- Experience in DfX, designing for Serviceability, and lean methodologies
- Experience leading multi-functional management meetings and updates
