Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Manager, Service Innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team in executing the Service Innovation project plan across various service areas
  • Manage multi-disciplinary service innovation change projects and cross-functional teams
  • Develop and implement strategies for serviceability requirements and enhance service documentation frameworks
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering-related field with 15 years or Master's degree with 10 years of related experience
  • Experience in people leadership with a proven track record of delivering results
  • Familiarity with product creation processes and technical principles of applicable systems/components
  • Experience in DfX, designing for Serviceability, and lean methodologies
  • Experience leading multi-functional management meetings and updates
