Job Summary

Leading global service programs and strategic initiatives, the fully remote Senior Manager Service Program will drive service readiness for new product introductions, enhance operational processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the growth of the MONARCH service organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead complex, cross-functional global service programs from concept through implementation, including planning, milestone tracking, and stakeholder alignment
  • Drive service readiness activities for new product introductions, including process design, system setup, and launch support
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting mechanisms to provide visibility to program health and operational performance
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred in business, engineering, or related field
  • Typically 5+ years of relevant experience for Manager level or 8+ years for Senior Manager level in program management or service operations
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of program management fundamentals, including risk and change management
  • Experience driving process improvement and operational excellence across functions
