Senior Manager ServiceNow Architecture

Job Summary

To lead the enterprise ServiceNow ecosystem for over 120,000 global users, the full-time Senior Manager ServiceNow Architecture will own the platform lifecycle, establish governance frameworks, and drive strategic alignment with digital transformation initiatives in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the complete ServiceNow platform lifecycle, including roadmap development and investment prioritization
• Design and enforce scalable architecture across all ServiceNow modules while optimizing platform performance
• Lead and mentor a team of ServiceNow developers and administrators, fostering technical growth and career progression

Required Qualifications

• 8-12+ years of ServiceNow platform experience with a progression from technical roles to leadership
• Deep expertise in ITSM, ITOM, and SPM modules with proven ability to deliver enterprise-scale implementations
• Hands-on proficiency in platform administration, scripting (JavaScript, GlideAPI), and integration technologies
• 3+ years managing technical teams with a track record in team development and performance management
• Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication abilities
