Senior Manager, Services Engineering

Job Summary

Focusing on designing and scaling outcome-driven services offerings, the full-time Senior Manager, Services Engineering will work remotely to partner with Product, Sales, and Delivery teams, ensuring services are effectively defined and delivered at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Product and Engineering to align services offerings with product capabilities and roadmap
• Own the development and scaling of services offerings, translating them into repeatable delivery models and execution frameworks
• Collaborate with Sales and GTM teams to define positioning and enable the field to effectively sell services offerings

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years in Professional Services, Services Engineering, or Delivery Excellence in SaaS or enterprise technology
• Proven experience designing and scaling services offerings or delivery models
• Experience partnering cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Customer Success
• Strong ability to translate strategy into practical, executable programs
• Deep understanding of services delivery realities and customer lifecycle
