Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Professional Services Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the repository of Professional Services operational content and execute the offer release process
• Implement AI and automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and maintain the PSA platform
• Oversee PS Sales Operations processes and mentor a team of analysts across the US and India

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years in Professional Services Operations, Deal Desk, or RevOps
• Experience with PSA platforms and executing AI initiatives in operational workflows
• Proven ability to lead distributed teams and collaborate with cross-functional partners
• Strong operational discipline in a multi-product environment
• Experience maintaining enablement materials for Sales and partners
