Senior Manager, SIEM Engineer

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time Senior Manager, SIEM Engineer will oversee a team delivering CrowdStrike MDR and Next Gen SIEM implementations, design operational frameworks, and ensure client satisfaction while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of CrowdStrike MDR and Next Gen SIEM implementations for enterprise and mid-market clients
• Define standard operating procedures, playbooks, and delivery frameworks for scalable service delivery
• Manage and mentor detection engineers and consultants while optimizing detection logic and SOC processes

Required qualifications:

• 7-10+ years of experience in cybersecurity delivery, operations, or consulting, preferably within MDR or SOC
• Proven track record leading teams deploying CrowdStrike Falcon and LogScale technologies
• Strong understanding of SIEM/SOAR operations and threat response workflows
• Proficiency in Terraform, PowerShell, or Python for automation and configuration management
• Deep familiarity with multi-tenant operations and Azure Lighthouse environments
