Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of 8-10 Site Reliability Engineers
• Oversee production infrastructure on AWS, ensuring high uptime and reliability
• Collaborate with various teams to define processes and drive large projects to completion

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience leading a software-focused SRE team
• Experience in global organizations and high-volume production environments
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IAC) tools like CloudFormation and Terraform
• Knowledge of scripting languages and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Familiarity with IP networking and security design principles
