Required Qualifications

• Proven track record as a Senior Engineering Manager or equivalent in high-availability SaaS products
• Experience scaling production systems and databases in a cloud environment, preferably AWS
• Strong background in developer experience and CI/CD with familiarity in tools like Terraform and Kubernetes
• Demonstrated people leadership and ability to build an inclusive culture
• Comfortable with operationalizing AI tools in engineering workflows
