Senior Manager, Site Reliability Engineering

Job Summary

Leading a high-performing team, the full-time Senior Manager, Site Reliability Engineering will oversee incident management and ensure the resilience of the global SaaS ecosystem while aligning with Finance and Supply Chain initiatives in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Site Reliability Engineers, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous learning
• Architect observability across business processes and define Service Level Objectives (SLOs) for critical integrations
• Manage the Major Incident Response process and lead Root Cause Analysis efforts to enhance system reliability

Required qualifications

• 8+ years in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or Production Engineering, with at least 2 years in a management role
• Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash or Procure-to-Pay cycles and their impacts on business operations
• Experience managing enterprise ecosystems such as NetSuite, SAP, or Workday
• Proficiency in monitoring tools like Datadog, Splunk, or Prometheus
• Solid knowledge of Networking, Identity Management, and Endpoint Management technologies
