Senior Manager, Site Reliability Engineering

Job Summary

Leading a team of Site Reliability Engineers, the full-time Senior Manager, Site Reliability Engineering will oversee the "Order-to-Cash," "Procure-to-Pay," and "Record-to-Report" lifecycles, ensuring the resilience and scalability of the global SaaS ecosystem while managing major incident responses and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of SREs, fostering accountability and growth
• Transition the team from reactive support to proactive engineering, aligning goals with digital transformation initiatives
• Architect observability across complex business paths and manage the Major Incident Response process for corporate systems

Required qualifications

• 8+ years in SRE, DevOps, or Production Engineering, with at least 2 years in a management role
• Deep understanding of Order-to-Cash or Procure-to-Pay cycles
• Experience managing enterprise ecosystems such as NetSuite, SAP, or Workday
• Solid knowledge of Networking, Identity Management, and Endpoint Management
• Proficiency with monitoring tools like Datadog, Splunk, or Prometheus
