Senior Manager, Site Reliability Engineering

Job Summary

Leading a team of Site Reliability Engineers, the full-time Senior Manager, Site Reliability Engineering will architect business continuity for critical financial lifecycles, ensuring the resilience and observability of the global SaaS ecosystem while transitioning from reactive support to proactive engineering.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of SREs, fostering a culture of high accountability and psychological safety
• Architect observability across complex business paths and partner with business owners to define Service Level Objectives (SLOs)
• Own the Major Incident Response process and lead the Root Cause Analysis (RCA) process for continuous learning and improvement

Required qualifications

• 8+ years in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or Production Engineering, with at least 2 years in people management
• Deep understanding of Order-to-Cash or Procure-to-Pay cycles and their impact on business operations
• Experience managing enterprise ecosystems such as NetSuite, SAP, or Workday
• Solid knowledge of Networking, Identity Management, and Endpoint Management
• Proficiency with monitoring tools like Datadog, Splunk, or New Relic
