Senior Manager, Site Reliability Engineering

Job Summary

Leading a team of Site Reliability Engineers, the full-time Senior Manager, Site Reliability Engineering will oversee incident management processes, ensure business continuity across critical lifecycles, and architect observability for a global SaaS ecosystem while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of SREs, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
• Transition the team from reactive support to proactive engineering aligned with Finance and Supply Chain digital transformation goals
• Own the Major Incident Response process and lead Root Cause Analysis to enhance system reliability and reduce manual toil

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or Production Engineering, including 2+ years in a management role
• Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay cycles
• Experience managing enterprise ecosystems such as NetSuite, SAP, or Workday
• Proficiency in observability tools like Datadog, Splunk, or New Relic
• Solid knowledge of Networking, Identity Management, and Infrastructure as Code practices
