Senior Manager, Site Reliability Engineering

Job Summary

Leading a team of Site Reliability Engineers, the full-time Senior Manager, Site Reliability Engineering will architect business continuity for critical lifecycles, ensuring the resilience and observability of a global SaaS ecosystem while managing incident response and proactive engineering initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of SREs while fostering a culture of accountability and safety
• Transition the team from reactive support to proactive engineering aligned with digital transformation initiatives
• Own the Major Incident Response process and lead Root Cause Analysis to ensure continuous learning and improvement

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or Production Engineering, with at least 2 years in a management role
• Deep understanding of Order-to-Cash or Procure-to-Pay cycles and their impact on business operations
• Experience managing enterprise ecosystems such as NetSuite, SAP, or Workday
• Solid knowledge of Networking, Identity Management, and Endpoint Management
• Proficiency with monitoring tools like Datadog, Splunk, or Prometheus
