Senior Manager, Site Reliability Engineering

Job Summary

Leading a high-performing team, the full-time Senior Manager, Site Reliability Engineering will oversee incident management and ensure the resilience of business processes across the Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Record-to-Report lifecycles in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Site Reliability Engineers, fostering a culture of accountability and safety
• Architect observability across complex business processes and manage the Major Incident Response for corporate systems
• Champion automation initiatives using Infrastructure as Code to enhance system reliability and reduce manual toil

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or Production Engineering, with at least 2 years in a management role
• Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay cycles
• Experience managing enterprise ecosystems such as NetSuite, SAP, and Workday
• Proficiency in monitoring tools like Datadog, Splunk, or New Relic
• Solid knowledge of Networking, Identity Management, and Endpoint Management
