Senior Manager, Site Reliability Engineering

Job Summary

Leading a team of Site Reliability Engineers, the full-time Senior Manager, Site Reliability Engineering will oversee incident management and ensure the resilience of critical business processes within a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Mentor and develop a high-performing team of SREs while aligning quarterly goals with digital transformation initiatives
• Architect observability across complex business processes and manage the Major Incident Response process for corporate systems
• Champion automation efforts using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to enhance system reliability and reduce manual toil

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or Production Engineering, including 2+ years in a management role
• Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay cycles
• Experience managing enterprise ecosystems such as NetSuite, SAP, or Workday
• Proficiency in networking, identity management, and endpoint management
• Familiarity with monitoring tools like Datadog, Splunk, or New Relic
