Senior Manager, Site Reliability Engineering

Job Summary

Leading a high-performing team, the full-time Senior Manager, Site Reliability Engineering will oversee incident management and architect business continuity for critical financial and operational lifecycles in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Site Reliability Engineers, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous learning
• Transition the team from reactive support to proactive engineering, aligning goals with broader digital transformation initiatives
• Own the Major Incident Response process and lead Root Cause Analysis efforts to enhance system reliability and reduce manual toil

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or Production Engineering, with at least 2 years in a management role
• In-depth knowledge of Order-to-Cash or Procure-to-Pay cycles and their impact on business operations
• Experience managing enterprise ecosystems such as NetSuite, SAP, or Workday
• Strong understanding of networking, identity management, and endpoint management technologies
• Proficiency with monitoring tools like Datadog, Splunk, or Prometheus
