Senior Manager, Site Reliability Engineering

Job Summary

Leading a team of Site Reliability Engineers, the full-time Senior Manager, Site Reliability Engineering will architect business continuity and oversee critical lifecycles, ensuring the resilience and observability of the global SaaS ecosystem while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of SREs, fostering a culture of accountability and safety
• Transition the team from reactive support to proactive engineering, aligning goals with digital transformation initiatives
• Own the Major Incident Response process and lead Root Cause Analysis to promote continuous learning and reduce manual toil

Required qualifications

• 8+ years in SRE, DevOps, or Production Engineering, with at least 2 years in a management role
• Deep understanding of Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay cycles
• Experience managing enterprise ecosystems such as NetSuite, SAP, and Workday
• Proficiency with observability tools like Datadog, Splunk, or Prometheus
• Solid grasp of Networking, Identity Management, and Endpoint Management
