Senior Manager, Site Reliability Engineering

Job Summary

Leading a team of Site Reliability Engineers, the full-time Senior Manager, Site Reliability Engineering will oversee the "Order-to-Cash," "Procure-to-Pay," and "Record-to-Report" lifecycles, ensuring the resilience and scalability of the global SaaS ecosystem while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of SREs, fostering a culture of accountability and psychological safety
• Transition the team from reactive support to proactive engineering aligned with digital transformation initiatives
• Own the Major Incident Response process and lead the Root Cause Analysis for continuous improvement

Required qualifications

• 8+ years in SRE, DevOps, or Production Engineering with at least 2 years of people management experience
• Deep understanding of Order-to-Cash or Procure-to-Pay cycles
• Experience managing enterprise ecosystems like NetSuite, SAP, or Workday
• Solid grasp of Networking (SD-WAN, VPNs) and Identity Management (IAM)
• Proficiency with monitoring tools such as Datadog, Splunk, or Prometheus
