Senior Manager, Site Reliability Engineering

Job Summary

Leading a team of high-performing Site Reliability Engineers, the full-time Senior Manager, Site Reliability Engineering will architect business continuity across critical lifecycles while ensuring the resilience and scalability of the global SaaS ecosystem in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of SREs, promoting a culture of accountability and safety
• Transition support from reactive to proactive engineering, aligning team goals with digital transformation initiatives
• Oversee Major Incident Response processes and conduct Root Cause Analysis to foster continuous learning

Required qualifications

• 8+ years in SRE, DevOps, or Production Engineering, with at least 2 years in a management role
• Deep understanding of Order-to-Cash or Procure-to-Pay cycles
• Experience managing enterprise ecosystems such as NetSuite, SAP, or Workday
• Strong knowledge of Networking, Identity Management, and Endpoint Management
• Proficiency with monitoring tools like Datadog, Splunk, New Relic, or Prometheus
