Senior Manager, Site Reliability Engineering

Job Summary

Leading a high-performing team, the full-time Senior Manager, Site Reliability Engineering will oversee incident management and architect business continuity for critical SaaS ecosystems, ensuring resilience and observability while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Site Reliability Engineers (SREs), fostering a culture of accountability and safety
• Transition the team from reactive support to proactive engineering, aligning goals with Finance and Supply Chain initiatives
• Own the Major Incident Response process and lead Root Cause Analysis to promote continuous learning and reduce manual toil

Required qualifications

• 8+ years in SRE, DevOps, or Production Engineering with at least 2 years in a management role
• Deep understanding of Order-to-Cash or Procure-to-Pay cycles and their impact on business operations
• Experience managing enterprise ecosystems such as NetSuite, SAP, or Workday
• Strong knowledge of Networking, Identity Management, and Endpoint Management
• Proficiency in monitoring tools like Datadog, Splunk, or New Relic
