Senior Manager, Site Reliability Engineering

Job Summary

Leading a high-performing team, the full-time Senior Manager, Site Reliability Engineering will oversee incident management and ensure the resilience of business-critical systems, focusing on the "Order-to-Cash," "Procure-to-Pay," and "Record-to-Report" lifecycles in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Site Reliability Engineers, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous learning
• Architect observability across complex business processes and manage the Major Incident Response process for corporate systems
• Collaborate with business owners to define Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and drive automation efforts to reduce manual toil

Required qualifications

• 8+ years in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or Production Engineering, with at least 2 years in a people management role
• Deep understanding of Order-to-Cash or Procure-to-Pay cycles and their impact on business operations
• Experience managing enterprise ecosystems such as NetSuite, Workday, or SAP
• Strong knowledge of Networking, Identity Management, and Endpoint Management
• Proficiency with monitoring tools like Datadog, Splunk, or Prometheus
