Senior Manager, Site Reliability Engineering

Job Summary

Leading a high-performing team, the full-time Senior Manager, Site Reliability Engineering will oversee incident management and ensure the resilience of critical business processes across the global SaaS ecosystem, while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Site Reliability Engineers, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
• Architect observability across complex business processes and manage the Major Incident Response process for corporate systems
• Collaborate with business owners to define Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and drive automation efforts to reduce manual toil

Required qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or Production Engineering, including 2+ years in a management role
• Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash or Procure-to-Pay cycles and their impact on business operations
• Experience managing enterprise ecosystems such as NetSuite, SAP, or Workday
• Proficiency in networking concepts, identity management, and endpoint management
• Familiarity with monitoring tools like Datadog, Splunk, or Prometheus
