Senior Manager, Site Reliability Engineering

Job Summary

Leading a team of Site Reliability Engineers, the full-time Senior Manager, Site Reliability Engineering will architect business continuity across critical lifecycles and ensure the resilience of a global SaaS ecosystem while managing incident response processes remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of SREs, fostering a culture of accountability and safety
• Transition the team from reactive support to proactive engineering aligned with digital transformation initiatives
• Oversee the Major Incident Response process, ensuring efficiency and actionable improvements

Required qualifications

• 8+ years in SRE, DevOps, or Production Engineering, with 2+ years in people management
• Deep understanding of Order-to-Cash or Procure-to-Pay cycles
• Experience managing enterprise ecosystems such as NetSuite, SAP, or Workday
• Solid knowledge of Networking, Identity Management, and Endpoint Management
• Proficiency with monitoring tools like Datadog, Splunk, or New Relic
