Senior Manager, Site Reliability Engineering

Job Summary

Leading a high-performing team, the full-time Senior Manager, Site Reliability Engineering will oversee incident management and ensure the resilience of critical SaaS integrations while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Site Reliability Engineers while aligning their goals with broader digital transformation initiatives
• Architect observability across complex business processes and manage the Major Incident Response process for corporate systems
• Champion automation efforts through Infrastructure as Code to enhance system reliability and reduce manual toil

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or Production Engineering, including 2+ years in a management role
• In-depth knowledge of Order-to-Cash or Procure-to-Pay cycles and their impact on business operations
• Experience managing enterprise ecosystems such as NetSuite, SAP, Workday, or Salesforce
• Strong understanding of networking, identity management, and endpoint management
• Familiarity with monitoring tools like Datadog, Splunk, New Relic, or Prometheus
