Senior Manager, Site Reliability Engineering

Job Summary

Leading a high-performing team, the full-time Senior Manager, Site Reliability Engineering will oversee incident management and ensure the resilience of critical SaaS integrations while driving proactive engineering initiatives in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Site Reliability Engineers, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous learning
• Architect observability across complex business paths and ensure efficient Major Incident Response processes
• Collaborate with business owners to define Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and track performance for critical integrations

Required qualifications

• 8+ years in SRE, DevOps, or Production Engineering, with at least 2 years in a management role
• Deep understanding of Order-to-Cash or Procure-to-Pay cycles
• Experience managing enterprise ecosystems such as NetSuite, SAP, or Workday
• Solid knowledge of Networking, Identity Management, and Endpoint Management
• Proficiency with monitoring tools like Datadog, Splunk, or New Relic
