Senior Manager, Site Reliability Engineering

Job Summary

Leading a team of Site Reliability Engineers, the full-time Senior Manager, Site Reliability Engineering will architect business continuity for critical lifecycles while ensuring the resilience and observability of the global SaaS ecosystem, working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of SREs, fostering a culture of accountability and psychological safety
• Transition from reactive support to proactive engineering, aligning team goals with digital transformation initiatives
• Own the Major Incident Response process and lead the Root Cause Analysis for continuous improvement

Required qualifications:

• 8+ years in SRE, DevOps, or Production Engineering, with 2+ years of people management experience
• Deep understanding of Order-to-Cash or Procure-to-Pay cycles
• Experience managing enterprise ecosystems such as NetSuite, SAP, or Workday
• Solid grasp of Networking, Identity Management, and Endpoint Management
• Proficiency with monitoring tools like Datadog, Splunk, or Prometheus
