Senior Manager, Site Reliability Engineering

Job Summary

Leading a high-performing team, the full-time Senior Manager, Site Reliability Engineering will oversee incident management and ensure the resilience of critical business processes across a global SaaS ecosystem while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Site Reliability Engineers, fostering a culture of accountability and growth
• Architect observability across complex business paths and manage the Major Incident Response process
• Collaborate with business owners to define Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and drive automation initiatives

Required qualifications

• 8+ years in SRE, DevOps, or Production Engineering, with 2+ years in people management
• Deep understanding of Order-to-Cash or Procure-to-Pay cycles
• Experience managing enterprise ecosystems such as NetSuite, SAP, or Workday
• Strong knowledge of Networking, Identity Management, and Endpoint Management
• Proficiency with monitoring tools like Datadog, Splunk, or Prometheus
