Senior Manager, Site Reliability Engineering

Job Summary

Leading a high-performing team, the full-time Senior Manager, Site Reliability Engineering will oversee incident management and ensure the resilience of the global SaaS ecosystem, focusing on business continuity and proactive engineering initiatives in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Site Reliability Engineers, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous learning
• Architect observability across complex business processes and partner with stakeholders to define Service Level Objectives (SLOs) for critical integrations
• Manage the Major Incident Response process and lead Root Cause Analysis efforts to improve system reliability and reduce manual toil

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or Production Engineering, including 2+ years in a management role
• Deep understanding of Order-to-Cash or Procure-to-Pay cycles and their impact on business operations
• Experience managing enterprise ecosystems such as NetSuite, SAP, Workday, and Salesforce
• Solid knowledge of Networking, Identity Management, and Endpoint Management
• Proficiency with monitoring tools like Datadog, Splunk, New Relic, or Prometheus
