Senior Manager, Site Reliability Engineering

Job Summary

Leading a team of high-performing Site Reliability Engineers, the full-time Senior Manager, Site Reliability Engineering will architect business continuity for critical financial and operational lifecycles while ensuring the resilience and observability of a global SaaS ecosystem in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of SREs, fostering a culture of accountability and growth
• Transition the team from reactive support to proactive engineering, aligning goals with digital transformation initiatives
• Own the Major Incident Response process and lead Root Cause Analysis efforts to promote continuous learning and improvement

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or Production Engineering, including 2+ years in a management role
• Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash or Procure-to-Pay cycles and their impact on business operations
• Experience managing enterprise ecosystems such as NetSuite, SAP, or Workday
• Proficiency in tools like Datadog, Splunk, New Relic, or Prometheus
• Solid knowledge of networking, identity management, and automation practices using Infrastructure as Code
