Senior Manager, Site Reliability Engineering

Job Summary

Leading a team of Site Reliability Engineers, the full-time Senior Manager, Site Reliability Engineering will architect business continuity and oversee the reliability of global SaaS ecosystems while managing incident response processes and fostering a culture of proactive engineering.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of SREs, aligning goals with digital transformation initiatives
• Architect observability across complex business paths and define Service Level Objectives (SLOs) for critical integrations
• Own the Major Incident Response process and lead the Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to drive continuous improvement

Required qualifications

• 8+ years in SRE, DevOps, or Production Engineering with 2+ years in people management
• Deep understanding of Order-to-Cash or Procure-to-Pay cycles
• Experience managing enterprise ecosystems such as NetSuite, SAP, or Workday
• Solid grasp of Networking, Identity Management, and Endpoint Management
• Proficiency with monitoring tools like Datadog, Splunk, or Prometheus
