Senior Manager, Site Reliability Engineering

Job Summary

Leading a team of Site Reliability Engineers, the full-time Senior Manager, Site Reliability Engineering will oversee the "Order-to-Cash," "Procure-to-Pay," and "Record-to-Report" lifecycles, ensuring the resilience and observability of the global SaaS ecosystem while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of SREs, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous learning
• Transition the team from reactive support to proactive engineering, aligning goals with digital transformation initiatives
• Own the Major Incident Response process and lead Root Cause Analysis efforts to enhance system reliability and reduce manual toil

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or Production Engineering, including 2+ years in a management role
• Deep understanding of Order-to-Cash or Procure-to-Pay cycles and their impact on business operations
• Experience managing enterprise ecosystems such as NetSuite, SAP, or Workday
• Proficiency in observability tools like Datadog, Splunk, or New Relic
• Strong knowledge of Networking, Identity Management, and API-driven connections
