Senior Manager, Site Reliability Engineering

Job Summary

Leading a high-performing team, the full-time Senior Manager, Site Reliability Engineering will oversee incident management and ensure the resilience of critical business processes across a global SaaS ecosystem, while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Site Reliability Engineers, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous learning
• Architect observability for complex business processes and define Service Level Objectives (SLOs) in partnership with business owners
• Own the Major Incident Response process and lead Root Cause Analysis efforts to drive improvements and reduce manual toil

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or Production Engineering, including 2+ years in a management role
• Deep understanding of Order-to-Cash or Procure-to-Pay cycles and their impact on business operations
• Experience managing enterprise ecosystems such as NetSuite, SAP, or Workday
• Proficiency in networking, identity management, and endpoint management
• Familiarity with monitoring tools like Datadog, Splunk, or New Relic
