Senior Manager - SIU Delivery Integration

Job Summary

To lead enterprise-wide transformation, the fully remote Senior Manager - SIU Delivery Integration will manage the alignment of strategy to execution, ensuring consistent performance across the organization by influencing senior leaders and standardizing delivery practices.

Key responsibilities

• Standardize investigative practices and operating expectations across lines of business through enterprise coordination
• Deliver stable, predictable outcomes by ensuring aligned execution and clear enterprise expectations
• Serve as the primary liaison between SIU Design and Delivery teams to translate strategic initiatives into executable processes

• Experience in developing and implementing standardized processes across multiple lines of business
