Senior Manager, Sleep Analytics

Job Summary

To support the Sleep Franchise's strategic needs, the remote contract Senior Manager, Sleep Analytics will lead analytics and operational initiatives, focusing on the development of reporting tools, KPI management, and data analysis to provide actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the development and enhancement of field reporting tools, ensuring data accuracy and usability
• Lead the creation of KPIs and manage reporting processes to track and communicate field force performance
• Analyze trends and insights proactively, providing actionable recommendations to sales and marketing teams

Required qualifications

• Minimum of five years' experience in commercial analytics, sales operations, or related fields within healthcare or pharmaceutical industries
• Proven expertise in designing impactful dashboards and reports using Power BI or similar tools
• Experience working with commercial datasets such as IQVIA, Symphony, or comparable sources
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Demonstrated ability to communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
